Queues -- when to report an issue
You should reach out via note to the admin account which handles the particular group function, or via note to the group that you are experiencing issues with.
You should only do this when you it has been past the expected turnaround time.

All Nordanner admin are volunteers, and should not be harassed in their personal DMs about when they are expected to get things done.
Even though an admin may be online and chatting in NordannerONLINE, it does not mean that they are there doing admin work. Admin are also allowed to simply enjoy the community and their horses!

All group notes are able to be seen and regularly checked by the entire admin team. Then, they are delegated to the necessary parties.
All submissions through the contact form below are reviewed by the Founder directly, then delegated to the necessary parties (if required). If using the contact form, please include as many details as possible in the comment section of the form.

We have updated our system of reporting issues to streamline the process, and prevent confusion amongst members on who they should contact. In addition, admin DMs cannot be delegated to the proper people to handle the issue.
Please do not use your help options in order to harass the group as a whole.
Sometimes, issues may take a bit longer to resolve. This could be for any number of reasons, and you will be informed on your particular issue what may be delaying resolution. Sending multiple notes and complaints will not get your issue resolved faster, and may result in a group warning if you persist after you are asked to stop.
Remember that our admin team are people too, and that with such a large group to manage, things might take a bit more time!
