However, the reclaims system has drastically changed now, and is much more regulated.

You may NOT reclaim a horse which you sold, which is an ancestor or descendant of your horse, which is inactive, or for any reason other than what is explicitly outlined below.
The below instances are the only instances in which the group will offer reclaims, and detailed proof must be provided in a note to the group.

Group reclaims are handled on a case-by-case basis, and are very rare.
In the past, we have done reclaims for various other reasons. However, those reasons are no longer valid to issue a new reclaim unless they fall under the criteria above.
- If you need to issue a reclaim for any of the above reasons, you will need to note the group.
- If you feel you have grounds for a reclaim which is not covered by the above, please note the group.
- For both instances above, you must include complete proof of agreement of sale, completion of payment, and an attempt to reach out to the user to rectify the situation privately. In order for the group to process reclaims, we must have all three of these things.
- In some cases, you may be required to rename and redesign the horse. If this is needed, then it will be stated in the reclaim.
- Ex: The 2020 Reclaims require that the horse be renamed and redesigned.
In the past, we have done reclaims for various other reasons. However, those reasons are no longer valid to issue a new reclaim unless they fall under the criteria above.
- You may not reverse prior group reclaims for any reason.
Nordanner is not responsible for any lost investments through private sales of deceased horses or horses from banned members who cannot send ownership transfers after they have been banned.
If you are permanently banned from the group, no refunds will be issued for any reclaimed horses, lost slots or in-game items and currency.
