Below are charts to give a visual guide on how different base coat variations work in Nordanner.
This guide will include ONLY genes that cause a dilution for each base coat, and a glimmer saturation guide! This guide will not include modifier genes. You will need to go view the modifier pages for those!
Please note: The different colorations shown on this page for each gene combination is only a singular example of the range of shades for that gene combination, and does not cover every possibility. We only present a few variations of each gene -- to get a better idea of the full range for a specific gene, check out the design guides page for that gene!
In order to search for a specific base coat on this page, use ctrl f to bring up a page search option, then type what you are looking for.

Glimmer Saturation Guide
Please note: The colors shown on this chart are only one example of the accepted range for Glimmer on each base coat. We only display one example per gene on this chart, in order to give you an idea of what color each gene presents as with Glimmer.
For Example: A chestnut Glimmer must be red, but does not have to be the exact shade of red shown on this guide. It may vary in hue anywhere within the red range, as long as it is clearly red and not orange or pink.
